What words do you consistently tell yourself each day?

What words do you consistently tell yourself each day?

“I’m so depressed”
“I’m so tired”
“I’m so broke”
“I’m so fat”
“I can’t ……..”

What you tell yourself each day is exactly what you will attract more of!

Your brain operates on commands, it doesn’t care if you are negative, it just focuses on what your say, nothing else.

IT IS THIS SIMPLE!

When you use words (and thoughts) that create emotional states of anger, fear, anxiety, guilt, shame, or regret:

• The muscles in your body become weaker.
• Your stress levels go up.
• You experience changes in your biochemistry and hormone levels.

Stop talking to yourself in such a negative way.

Use what are called WORK SOFTENERS:

“I am feeling a bit down, but I am getting better by the minute”
“I am lacking in energy, but I know if I eat something healthy, I will feel better”
“I am focusing on manifesting abundance”
“I love my body just as it is, while I workout every day, feeling better and better”

Try it for a week and notice the difference.
