In life, you may never feel like YOU are enough and usually this is based on low self worth, brought on by what other people say.
Believe me, I have strived hard to get where I am today and even when you begin to feel comfortable with who you are and where life is, there will always be the haters.

WHY are people so judgmental.

👉 When I was young, I loved Christmas, it was never about how many presents I got, but other children would say, “why didn’t you get more presents”
👉 When I was a teenager, others would say “why are you so shy”
👉 In my twenties, with a great career in sales management my parents said “Why didn’t you get a secure job in a bank”
👉 When I was single, people would say “why don’t you have a boyfriend”
👉 Renting a home “so why don’t you own a home”
👉 Living with my boyfriend “Why don’t you get married”
👉 Having one child “why did you only have the one”
👉 On leaving a narcissistic marriage of 26 years, “why didn’t you leave sooner”
– Remarrying and happy “Why did you remarry”
– On settling into a home on acres and loving life “Why don’t you live somewhere smaller”

People need to stop judging other people. We have no idea what another’s life is like, or what they have been through. Words can be hurtful, without them meaning to be.

Let go of the toxic people in your life and learn not to take other people’s words personally.

If you find something is triggering you, ask the question “why” and work through healing the past.
