What is a life without happiness?

What is a life without happiness?

We can’t expect to live every day in pure bliss and happiness 24/7.

Although many people are suffering from living their lives in depression and anxiety 24/7.

Life wasn’t meant to be this way!

Never assume that a family member, sibling, work colleague or any other person is ok even though they may be smiling.

The people who are suffering, are usually the one’s that hide it from others the most.

What are the warning signs to look for in another person.

• withdrawing from close family and friends.
Teenagers will spend all their time in their
room and miss meals.
• not going out anymore.
• not getting things done at work/school.
• relying on alcohol and sedatives.
• not doing usual enjoyable activities.
• unable to concentrate on anything.
• Not taking care of their appearance.

Make the time to ask someone if they are feeling ok, because you have noticed a difference in them.

✅ Be a good listener, this is very important. A depressed person feels all alone with their thoughts.

✅ A depressed person can feel very lonely, even though they may have isolated themselves, suggest going for a walk, or something quiet to get them out of their room/house. Being outside in nature/beach/garden is good for them.

✅ It doesn’t cost anything to smile to a stranger, or talk to the person in the queue at the checkout. You have no idea how much this small gesture will make their day.

Remember, not matter what this does not have to be forever, there is always help available.

You never have to feel alone ❤
