What is Holistic Psychology?
Holistic psychology examines and treats the person as a WHOLE, not just looking at the symptom of which the individual is struggling with, but looking at the root cause and the foundation of where it originated from, acknowledging acceptance, forgiveness and moving through to emotional freedom. Integrating mind, body, and spirit.
The five aspects of holistic development are
π Physical
π Intellectual
π Social
π Emotional
π Spiritual
All of these aspects of a person are taken into account, as well as educating how the mind operates, the diet, exercise, physiology and energetic system are taken into consideration for the person to be able to heal completely.
There are not years and years of drawn out therapy which holds a person stuck in the very pattern of which they want to heal.
It is a process of a journey through healing childhood conditioning, faulty belief systems, habits and emotional patterns. This way a person claims full control of their thoughts, behaviours and reactions and gently guides themselves through a journey of self-discovery through to empowerment and emotional freedom.
