Do you trust your intuition daily?

Do you trust your intuition daily?

What is intuition you might ask?

Well, intuition is our first instinct, it is that first thought we have, before the mind kicks in and analyses it.

Although many people let this thought go and allow the mind to take over, so they go against the intuitive “gut” feeling. They go with the opposite thought and later might say “I knew I should have gone with that first thought” or “The red flag was there, but I ignored it”

Obviously you can’t run your whole life with intuitive hunches all of the time, but intuition coupled with action is definitely a powerful duo.

Every time you use intuition, it is like a muscle, it becomes stronger. So if you feel as though it isn’t quite clear, then try following these steps:

LISTEN AND BE STILL
Your intuition can’t talk to you if you’re not listening. When you start to take notice, good things start to happen. Practice being calm and still and this way your intuition can communicate with you more easily.

TRUST
Trust your gut. Emotion and intuition are based somewhat in your gut. The gut has a network of neurons, 100 million, to be precise, which have been called the “second brain”.
This is why we can get sick when we have to make a big decision, or if we have made a bad one.

FEEL
You can feel your intuition, if you let yourself. Eg feeling in your belly, shiver down your spine, goosebumps, heart races.

LET NEGATIVE FEELINGS GO
Negative emotions will try to cloud your judgement, like anger or depression. This is when you make bad decisions. So try to remain positive and calm.

WHAT IS GOING ON AROUND YOU
Gather as much information around the situation, then your intuitive, subconscious part of your brain has more to work with to give you the decision.

Connect with your intuition and you will become best friends.
