When you are suffering emotionally
When you are suffering emotionally and you finally pluck up courage to open up to another person in how you are suffering emotionally, what is the response you may receive?
The common ones I hear “You’ll be ok” “Just get over it” “Don’t worry about it”
What does it do to a person, well they just learn to keep it inside!
It doesn’t help you at all by speaking to other people who have no life skills, yet alone experience in helping you in what you are suffering from, who are not experienced in a mental emotional crisis.
It is SO important that you speak with someone who is qualified in dealing with your issues, or at the very least, someone who has gone through something similar and has come out the other side in a positive way.
Many people have never suffered and therefore cannot comprehend what it feels like to suffer from:
👉 Depression
👉 Anxiety
👉 Emotional shutdown
👉 Abuse from a relationship
👉 Extreme Stress
👉 PTSD
👉 Low self worth
Don’t stay suffering, you can change your life for the better ❤
